Each team plays a vital role in delivering world-class productions and maintaining the company’s legacy in the performing arts. 
Directors 
At Cameron Mackintosh Ltd, the Directors play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s direction. They oversee the development and production of world-renowned musicals, manage key partnerships, and ensure the highest standards across all creative and operational aspects. Their leadership supports a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional theatre experiences globally. The Directors also help drive innovation while preserving the legacy of iconic productions.

Personal Assistants
Personal Assistants within the company provide crucial administrative support to the Directors at Cameron Mackintosh Ltd. They manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle communications, ensuring that the Directors can focus on their strategic responsibilities. 

Production
The Production department is responsible for overseeing the creation and management of Cameron Mackintosh Ltd's programme - this includes our productions, projects and events across all locations within the UK and Internationally. The department ensures that each production maintains high artistic standards and runs smoothly from inception to performance. 

Marketing
Our Marketing Department is responsible for our brand's visibility and audience engagement. They design compelling campaigns, manage public relations, and use innovative approaches to promote our world-class theatre productions. 

HR and Administration
The HR team at Cameron Mackintosh Ltd manages human resources and administrative functions. This includes overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Additionally, the team maintain personal records, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations, playing a vital role in supporting the company's workforce and administrative needs.

Licensing
The Licensing team at Cameron Mackintosh Ltd helps bring our productions to stages around the world. They handle the rights and permissions that allow theatres and companies to perform shows like Les Misérables and Mary Poppins. It’s all about making sure productions stay true to the original while supporting creative teams globally. 

Accounts
The Accounts Department manages the company's financial operations, including preparing financial reports, developing budgets and forecasts, and handling accounts payable and receivable. The department oversee payroll management, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, coordinating audits as necessary. 

Archive
The Archive plays an active role in enabling the current and ongoing work of Cameron Mackintosh Ltd. and is also a live resource referenced by researchers, authors and the public on request. The senior archivist is responsible for maintaining the archive as a repository of knowledge, assembling tailored information in response to wide-ranging enquiries. In addition to a pre-existing interest in musical theatre, the appointed archivist will need to build an in-depth knowledge of the contents of the archive and the people and productions represented within it. 

Casting
The Casting Department is responsible for finding and selecting the right talent for the company's productions. This involves organising auditions, working closely with directors and producers to understand their vision, and ensuring that the chosen actors fit the roles perfectly. The casting team plays a crucial role in bringing the characters to life and ensuring the success of each production.

Technical
The purpose of the Technical Department is to deliver all the technical elements of Cameron Mackintosh Ltd's programme – this includes our productions, projects and events across all locations within the UK and Internationally. The Technical department builds strong relationships with freelance and in-house creative teams and other artistic personnel to deliver their creative vision within the agreed timescales and budgets, to the highest possible standards.  

Music
The Music Department at Cameron Mackintosh Ltd plays a central role in maintaining the musical integrity and excellence of the company’s productions. The team provide orchestrations and arrangements for shows and act as audio producer for all recordings, advertising and films. Collaborating with composers and musical directors to ensure each score is interpreted and delivered to the highest standard. They also oversee the management and wellbeing of over 60 musicians across orchestras in London and on tour. The Music team oversee all musical elements from rehearsals through to live performances, supporting both creative vision and technical precision. Their work ensures that the musical identity of each production remains consistent, compelling, and of world-class quality. 
 
Office Management and IT
The Office Management and IT Department at Cameron Mackintosh Ltd is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company's day-to-day activities within our two beautiful grade 1 listed buildings. This includes managing all supplies, coordinating maintenance, repairs, and cleaning, ensuring the office environment is efficient and well-organised, and most importantly, the coffee machines are in full working order!  They play a crucial role in maintaining a productive and pleasant work environment.

They also handle all technology-related needs within the company.  This includes managing the company's computer network and systems, maintaining, and upgrading computer hardware and software, providing timely technical support to staff across all levels of the organisation, and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and security. They ensure all technological aspects of the company run smoothly and securely, supporting the overall operations for the company.

The Mackintosh Foundation
The Mackintosh Foundation is a charitable organisation founded by Cameron Mackintosh in 1988. Since then, Cameron has donated over £29 million to a range of causes primarily in arts and culture as well as education, health, the environment, and community development.
